Both National and International parcels will be shipped with DHL transportation company. Previously order shipping was handled by GLS Logistics. We trust that more reliable and more efficient shipping transit time can be achieved through the DHL transportation network. An other benefit from DHL is that parcels can be traced online (www.dhl.nl) via the specified trackingcode. This code will be updated in the order status field inside our Dealershop which will be accessible by means of your Login.

Furthermore, the ordering time for same day shipping on one of our Fixed shipping days (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday) will be extended from 11:00 to 14:00 o'clock. Which means that orders placed with us on a Fixed shipping day before 14:00 o'clock will be shipped in the same Fixed shipping day. Orders placed after 14:00 PM will be shipped based on best effort in the same shipping day. If this cannot be achievd, the order will be shipped in the next Fixed shipping day.

In order to increase efficiency and after reviewing historical ordering and shipping data, DigiTrading has decided to introduce three fixed weekly shipping days. The shipping days will be Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. On these fixed shipping days, both national as international shipments will be made. The above schedule means that on Tuesday and Friday no order shipping will take place.

Same shipping day orders which are placed at utterly 11:00 on the subject shipping day will be shipped based on 'best effort'. In case our shipping staff cannot make it in time to prepare your order, it will automatically be shipped the next shipping day.
